Carlton Heights Sections 5 and 6 Homeowners Association Inc is a non-profit HOA serving the 73-home community of Carlton Heights Sections 5 and 6. Sections 5 and 6 are bordered on the north by 216th Street, on the east by Millcreek Road, and has three entry points. One entrance into Sections 5 and 6 is located on 216th Street west of Millcreek Road, a second entrance is on Millcreek Road south of 216th Street, and the third entrance is from the south by N.
